1. Scope

These terms concern access to the Talamys public website, its content and interactive demonstrations. Operator details are set out in the Legal Notice.

These are not subscription terms, a service-level agreement or a data-processing agreement for the Talamys platform. Any paid service, pilot or access to a customer environment requires a separate agreement. Submitting a demo request does not create a purchase obligation.

2. Website content and demonstrations

The site provides general information about Talamys. Interactive examples, business records, metrics and answers are illustrative and should not be used as the basis for operational, financial or legal decisions. Descriptions of capabilities do not constitute a contractual commitment to deliver a particular feature or outcome.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, submit spam or use the form to transmit information you are not authorized to share.

4. Intellectual property

The Talamys name, branding, website content and design belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the website and share links to it. Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder's permission, you may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected material. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

5. Demo requests and personal information

Provide accurate contact information when requesting a demo. Do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials or confidential datasets. How website and enquiry information is handled is described in the Privacy Notice.

6. Availability and external services

Website content may be updated or removed, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item of information will always be complete or current.

Links to external sites are provided for reference. Those sites are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

7. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Talamys is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on illustrative website content or from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights.

8. Applicable law and disputes

These website terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply in your country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law; these terms do not impose an exclusive court on consumers.

9. Updates

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date. They do not amend any separately signed customer agreement.
