Privacy Notice
Last updated
This notice concerns visitors to the Talamys website and people requesting a demo. It does not describe the processing of customer datasets within the Talamys platform, which must be covered by the applicable service agreement and data-processing terms.
1. Who is responsible
Talamys SARL is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Its registered office is at 11 rue Docteur Rémy Annino, 42000 Saint-Etienne, France. See the Legal Notice for company details.
2. Information collected
- Demo requests: your name, company and work email address, plus any message you choose to include. The first three fields are required to submit a request.
- Correspondence: information you provide in follow-up communications with the team.
- Technical information: hosting and form providers may process IP addresses, request timestamps, browser information and diagnostic or security logs when delivering their services.
Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential customer datasets in the demo form.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Demo-request information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo and discuss your business needs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract where that basis applies to you personally.
Technical information may be processed for the legitimate interests of delivering, securing and troubleshooting the website. Information may also need to be retained to comply with applicable legal obligations.
A demo request is not a newsletter subscription or consent to unrelated marketing.
With your consent, Google Analytics measures website usage, including page views, scrolling, outbound link clicks, site searches, form interactions, supported video engagement, file downloads, browser and device information, referral sources and approximate location. We do not send demo-form names, emails, company names or messages to Analytics. The initial page address supplied by our integration excludes query strings and fragments. Enhanced measurement may also collect interaction metadata, including link URLs, search terms and form identifiers. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer.
4. Service providers and recipients
The website is hosted on Vercel. When you submit the demo form, its contents are sent to Web3Forms for delivery to the Talamys team.
Information may be accessible to the team members and providers involved in handling your request, and to authorities where disclosure is legally required.
If you accept analytics, Google processes analytics information. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Processing may take place outside your country, as described in those policies.
5. Where information is processed
Talamys processes demo requests and related correspondence in Europe. The privacy policies linked above describe our providers' data-processing practices.
6. How long information is kept
We retain demo requests and related correspondence, including our email copies, for two years from receipt, unless a longer period is required by law. After that period, we delete or anonymize the information. Technical logs held by our providers are subject to their applicable retention policies.
7. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and object at any time to processing for direct marketing. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise your rights, write to Talamys SARL, Privacy Requests, 11 rue Docteur Rémy Annino, 42000 Saint-Etienne, France. You do not need to request a demo or provide company information. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to the extensions allowed by law.
You may complain to the French supervisory authority, the CNIL, or to the competent data-protection authority where you live or work.
8. Cookies and browser storage
We use local storage to remember your analytics choice for 180 days. Optional Google Analytics cookies are enabled only after acceptance. See Cookies & Storage for durations and how to withdraw consent.
9. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website's data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision; material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
